As a believer in lifelong learning, and has applied that to his multiple designations in the Financial Services industry. Originally a graduate of the University of Victoria with a BA in Political Science and History, Craig found his calling in finance and attended Okanagan University College to achieve his diploma in Financial Services.

After joining RBC Dominion Securities in 1998, he obtained his Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Financial Management Advisor (FMA), and Canadian Investment Manager (CIM) designations. He has also been granted the Fellowship of Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI) designation, a hallmark of industry excellence awarded to only the most qualified individuals by the CSI’s Academy of Fellows requiring at least five years of experience in the financial services industry, and practice in accordance with the highest ethical standards.

To enhance his knowledge of financial and estate planning, Craig also obtained the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), a must for advanced estate planning, the Certified Health Insurance Specialist (CHS) designations specializing in living benefits for individuals, business owners, and professionals, and the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation to help clients with transfer of wealth between generations.
