Providing advice only financial planning for fee-conscious Canadians and US taxfilers living in Canada. I work with other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach.
Strategic Partner for Cross-Border & Family Wealth
With over two decades of experience on Bay Street, I have seen every corner of the financial industry. But I believe the most effective financial planning doesn't happen through a transaction—it happens through a partnership. I founded my practice to provide Canadians with a "low-friction," minimalistic approach to wealth: one where the advice is the product, and your peace of mind is the goal.
I specialize in working with clients who value their time as much as their capital. Whether you are navigating the complexities of a career in the city or managing the unique pressures of a growing family, I work alongside you to ensure you are understood, valued, and respected—regardless of your net worth or income.
Cross-Border & Technical Expertise
Financial planning doesn't stop at the border. As a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ (CRPC®) with US-specific designation and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) in Canada, I am uniquely positioned to help clients navigate the friction points of cross-border financial lives.
My background is rooted in technical excellence and professional advocacy:
Board Member: Financial Planning Association of Canada (FPAC), Chair of the Communications Committee.
Professional Mentor: Volunteer with FP Canada, supporting the next generation of CFP® and QAFP® students.
Subject Matter Expert: Extensive experience writing and marking the national CFP® exams.
Why "Advice-Only"?
I believe that financial education empowers. My mission is to strip away the complexity of Bay Street and replace it with clear, actionable guidance. By removing the conflict of interest inherent in traditional models, I can focus entirely on your priorities.
Beyond the Ledger
When I’m not diving into cross-border tax strategies or mentoring students, I’m grounded by my family and my passion for the arts. As the co-founder, board member, and choreographer for Momentum Dance Toronto, I bring the same discipline and creativity to my financial practice as I do to the stage. I am also a mother of 7-year-old twins, a hot yoga enthusiast, and an aspiring (though occasionally struggling) vegetable gardener.
